So I'm going to d a feature of a few of my favorite artists that you should most DEFINITELY watch and scour their galleries~!


MzyLerouge is a wonderful digital/traditional artist who uses mixed media to express herself. She is also a hard-working author-in-progress who is working on her original novel Red Letter Day. You may read about it on her profile She's a great writer too!! READ. THE. STORY.
She draws her own characters of RLD a lot too.
She has a nice gothic twist to work which uses flat, warm colors that just make you think of thoughtful emotions! All her work has lots of effort and thought put into it, and her ideas are so creative. She's always accepting critiques and criticism to help make her art better! She's open to new mediums and such as well. A lot of her work are time periodic, mainly 1920's-1950's.

Arelia-Dawn does superb digital realism art. She mainly focuses on Avatar the Last Airbender fanart with a few splashes of other fandoms and a dash of her own original art. She uses all sorts of tones and colors that are so eye catching and complimenting. I love the use of technique that isn't too smooth but isn't too sketchy. Now, she hasn't posted anything recently so I do not believe she's as active as she used to be. She has a few tutorials if you're interested in digital painting portraits as well!

Itaudia is a student who also does digital and traditional work. She mainly focuses on her own characters. Her characters are actually very in depth with a very long back story and individual history to each. (it's seriously superb how well thought out these characters are in like...ten minutes of creation) Her art is a semi-realism with beautiful rippling muscles. Her faces are long and beautiful. It's very similar to greek/roman type of anatomy. Very fluent, lots of movement and MUSCLESSSSS. Haha it's great!

Ptreehugger is a fabulous photographer and a pretty good poet too. He does a huge array of landscapes and people. Anything that he thinks is photo-worthy is taken. He has done traditional and digital photography as well. He paints and draws and sculpts too. -w-
He doesn't edit the shit out of his photos and finds creative angles and such to create the most amazing photos! You can see all sorts of textures, compositions and such. He's captured a lot of amazing photos!!

Soxi has the cutest most adorable style everrrrr. It's a cartoon style that needs to be in every fantasy child's novel EVER. She uses countless mediums including digital to just spatter her talent all over the paper. Her color choice is always varying and just everyone she draws looks squishy >3<
This woman can paint, sketch and doodle!
She seriously knows what she's doing. She does both fanart and original characters. All her doodle/sketch dumps are just admirable too!

So the computer I usually use to make digital art, my old lil' Toshiba, died earlier this week u_u ... Or at least something like that.
It won't turn on and I'm not willing to spend money to fix it when it is by far time to get in a new one.
So my stuff will probably be put on a little hold. I could probably use my dad's computer, but I don't have as much access to it so therefore the progressiveness of the piece would be delayed a lot.

Give me some models for me to research or give me some models to NOT get what-so-ever. I'd like one with Windows 7 because I'm not willing to adapt to windows 8 quite yet. :U And I'd appreciate it if it was in a decent budget.
So if  you have any good models, trustable websites, etc. for NEW not used computers, PLEASE comment!

TODAY I SAW VAN GOGH'S ORIGINAL WORKS!!!!

I went on a class field trip with

and it was fantastic.

We saw so many of his works! We even saw three of his original self portraits!!
one of my favorite pieces was Basket With Six Oranges. (lol his titles are so literal it's hilarious)

I just--asjdfklajs;df as a raging artist, I was so honored and thrilled and like fangirling over this shit. His work is brilliant with colors after he moved away from his grey period. He was sort of hesitant about colors until he truly discovered them... And his flowers and trees and people and techniques and jeia;sdjf;iejajf ijfale z;lcjlej asdf my life is awesome.

IF YOU EVER GET A CHANCE TO SEE VAN GOGH'S WORKS (even if your preferences clash with his style) GO FUCKING SEE IT. EVEN IF IT'S BORING YOU SHOULDN'T REGRET IT BECAUSE I JUST SAW HISTORY WITH MY BEST FRIENDS AND LIFE IS FANTASTIC!

it's all so lazy and i see other people's style and coloring and I flail my arms, do a nice verbal keyboard smash (yes it's possible shush), and head desk.

I wish I could color better. My style is so limited. So is my pallet. It's so pastel. Which isn't bad, I mean I like the style (why else would I use it duh), but I wish I could get out of my comfort zone. Which I am in traditional art. I'm doing a bunch of mediums and styles for that. Which is doing great.

Today is the 11th Anniversary of the 9.11 attack on the World Trade Center in New York.
Planes flew into the twin towers and attempted to fly into the Pentagon and White House I believe.

It is also many people's birthdays. Including my Grandfather's.

Please keep the victims, the emergency crew members, and the people who are turning one year older in the back of your minds or have a moment of silence just for them.
9.11 was a terrible day and was forever tainted.

But the U.S.A has made huge efforts to contribute to the victims of that day.
Just last year we killed Osama Bin Laden.
So I say U.S.A is making some progress!

So aside from all that, just help remember those who died in that terrible attack, both in plane and building, and celebrate the efforts and hard work of all the emergency crews.

Have you ever just taken a look at your own gallery and scanned all the stuff you've done?

I was looking at all my old stuff and cringed with each piece...
As I slowly looked through my stuff, I realized how much improvement I've really made! I mean--seriously. Old pixel JPG files done with a mouse on MS Paint. >_> NOT THE WAY TO GO, BRO.
Unless that's all you have.
That was all I had.
Then, I discovered the tablet. So I learned about PNG files and used a tablet and paint. Then i got gimp. Then i got sai. LIFE IS NOW WONDERFUL.

But even looking back, my style has changed so damn much it's not even funny. It's so much better and I just keep improving~~~
I love that feel of accomplishment, knowing you've worked so hard to get where you are now and you know you're going to get to even better places. :3

Don't you just love improving?

I'll be gone until next Friday. I might be able to snag some internet just to catch up on things, but probably no more than that.

There have been rages and angered people who have found a Hetalia: Axis Powers Bad Touch Trio poster offensive. It consisted of comparing characters to a rapist, and a pedophile. It was inappropriate and vulgar, and how it was represented was very insensitive.

I'm the creator of that poster. I have also deleted this post.

There are obvious reasons to why people are enraged of what I have done. And they have absolutely every right to be furious with me. They have every right to call me insensitive, heartless, bitch, whatever you want to call me.

I crossed the line.

I am so sorry. I am so, so sorry for posting that. And I can understand that this little apology isn't enough for many people.  
It was wrong of me. Completely and utterly wrong.

Rape, and pedophilia is not something to create comical jokes out of. I understand this now.
And saying,"Oh i understand how it's offensive" isn't enough either. But I do know people who've been raped by their fathers at young ages, a girl who was raped by her boyfriend, and other people including family members who've been through the traumatizing ordeal.  

I understand now that there's nothing funny, interesting, or comical about messing with that field. I did not respect those who have been victims, victims' piers or the idea itself when I posted that. And I can't say I'm sorry enough.

I merely thought it was a light joke at the time, which is glaringly obvious it wasn't even CLOSE.

I am very, very, very sorry.

Forgive me or not, I just wanted to apologize to the number of people who found that post absolutely inappropriate. Which it was.

today, i crashed my bike and flipped over the handle bars, which then transitioned into me rolling somehow stabbing my ankle two times. the stabs are small but they're deep.
it was over 3 hours ago that this happened and i'm still bleeding

i cant walk and it hurts pfft. but it all okay. just sucks cuz im awkward on crutches :T
